Splashe was originally up with the intention of providing bathroom products via a very clear and simple website, and by providing a superior level of customer service. All too often these days, "excellent customer service" and similar phrases are thrown around, but without any real meaning. Wherever possible I choose to buy from companies that claim to offer excellent customer service, to give me piece of mind that if something doesn't quite work out, I can speak to someone who will want to help me.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't go out with the intention of finding problems with my purchases, and for the most part, things do go as expected. However, if I do need to call upon the customer service angels, the representative on the other end of the phone is responsible for my experience with that company. After receiving less than satisfactory responses, from different companies, in different industries, on more than one occasion, I have made it my mission to apply my own high expectations to the customer service experience provided by Splashe.
Splashe is still very much in it's infancy but we already have a loyal customer base, and a couple of positive letters sent in from existing customers. These are included below, unedited, so that you can see, we are “the real deal” at providing unparalleled customer service.

Many thanks for sorting this out, the cabinet looks great in the bathroom and your service was brilliant! Found the products I was after but needed them quickly for a refit after being let down by another supplier.
Splashe phoned AND emailed me with confirmation. I paid extra for next day delivery and they were STILL cheaper than my unfulfilled order.
Goods arrived next day but the Manufacturer had supplied the wrong radiator.
One phone call to Danny and the mistake was rectified the following day and the wrong item collected with no fuss.
This company handled my order faultlessly and I would have NO hesitation to recommend them unreservedly on price, but better still on service.
